As a result of a Fair Work Commission Decision handed down in September 2024, we’ve automated the additional wage increases for the following Tanda Managed Award Templates:

• Aged Care Award [MA000018]
• Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award (SCHADS) [MA000100]
• Nurses Award [MA000034]

This second phase of wage increase for the Work Value Cases will take effect from the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 October 2025.
