Tanda Pay Advance

This service is provided by Tanda Software Pty Ltd (Tanda, we, our or us), by using this service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What This Service Is
- You can access wages you've already earned before your regular payday
- This is NOT a loan, you will not be charged interest.
- The amount available depends on how much you've already worked
- All amounts will be deducted from your next pay.
2. Eligibility
- You must be employed by a customer of Tanda
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate personal and banking information
3. How It Works
- You can access up to 50% of your earned wages after tax.
- Accessed amounts are automatically deducted from your next paycheck
- Funds typically arrive within minutes unless your bank does not support the New Payments Platform (NPP) network in which case it will take up 24 hours.
4. Fees
- Service fee: 1.4% of the transaction.
- No interest charges - this isn't a loan
- No late fees - the advance will be subtracted from your next pay. You do not have to pay any fee if the advance can not be repaid by your employer.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Only use your own account
- Keep your login details secure
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service legally and responsibly
- Allow your employer to deduct the repayment from your payruns

- Service provided "as is" - we'll do our best but can't guarantee 100% uptime
- We're not responsible for bank delays or technical issues beyond our control
9. Termination
- You can stop using the service anytime
- Your employer may discontinue offering this benefit
- We may suspend access for accounts that fail to comply with these terms

11. Legal Stuff
- If allowed under applicable law, Tanda will not be liable for:
- any loss, claim or liability arising from or in relation to any errors in payment or deduction or excess of payments;
- any loss, claim or liability arising from or in relation to your breach of these terms;
- any loss, claim or liability arising from or in relation to the acts and omissions of your employer; or
- any indirect losses, damages, costs, expenses, including any special or exemplary damages, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
- If Tanda is found liable in connection with these terms, Tanda's total liability (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or statute) is limited in the aggregate to the total amount of funds you have withdrawn through the service in the 3 months before the date the liability arose.
- These terms are governed by Qld Law
- We can change the terms by providing you 30 days prior notice. Any changes will take effect, and apply to transactions made, after the end of the 30-day notice period require 7 days notice
