1. By submitting evidence of an Error to Tanda, the Applicant and applicable Tanda Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Tanda may decline to accept any entry which, in its reasonable opinion does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Tanda may request information from Applicants relevant to entry or participation in the Award Bounty Program, such as proof of residency and proof of employment.
4. Tanda may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify Applicants who provide insufficient information, false information, do not meet the criteria in the Eligibility section, or fail to provide the required details in the How to report section.
5. Applicants agree and acknowledge that the Error and associated information constitute confidential information.
6. Applicants and Tanda Customer (as applicable):
a. must submit evidence of the Error to Tanda immediately upon identifying the Error;
b. must not, without the prior written consent of Tanda, disclose any information regarding the Error to anyone except for Tanda or the Applicant's supervisor or responsible officer at the Tanda Customer;
c. must not use any information regarding the Error for any purpose other than facilitating the remediation of the Error or for obtaining legal advice in respect of the Error;
d. agree that all intellectual property rights associated with the identification, reporting and resolution of the Error to Tanda are owned by and automatically assigned to Tanda immediately upon creation; and
e. agree to continue working with Tanda to promptly resolve the Error once identified, and to work proactively with Tanda to ensure any award interpretation issues associated with the Error are promptly investigated and remediated in line with applicable laws.
7. The purpose of the Award Bounty Program is to identify payroll impacting inconsistencies in award interpretation of Tanda’s Modern Award Templates, when compared to the terms of the Eligible Modern Award, and accordingly:
a. the Error must occur in the calculation of the gross wage on a Tanda timesheet; and
b. external payroll systems and costs represented in areas of Tanda other than timesheets are not included.
8. The timesheet must contain only pay rules that form part of a Modern Award Template for an Eligible Modern Award in Tanda. Custom award rules or other customizations, such as individual flexibility agreements, are excluded from the Award Bounty Program.
9. If an Error identified results in multiple miscalculations in different scenarios, Tanda Customer will receive a single payment for identifying the incorrect interpretation rather than additional payments for each example scenario.
10. In situations where the Award is ambiguous or unclear, Tanda has the exclusive right to interpret the Award. Tanda encourages Applicants to submit any supporting evidence of the Applicant's interpretation.
11. If Tanda has previously published the Award condition as out of scope, Applicants and Tanda Customers will not be eligible for a Bounty.
12. Tanda maintains a list of award capabilities and limitations available in our help documentation. Many parts of the Award Interpretation require human intervention for calculation. Payments are only made when a calculation is inconsistent with the terms of the modern award, and not where human intervention is required as an expected part of the award calculation.
13. Tanda has the exclusive right to determine the rounding method on the timesheet. Trivial rounding calculations are not eligible for payment.
14. Errors caused by data input are not included, including any incorrect award calculation that is solved by recalculating a timesheet.
15. All entries will be judged by Tanda based on the criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions and Eligibility criteria. This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining whether a Bounty is awarded under the Award Bounty Program.
16. Tanda will provide notification within five business days of receiving an email identifying an Error as to whether identification of the Error is valid and will be awarded a Bounty.
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Tanda's discretion. Applicants will be informed of such changes by making amended versions of these Terms and Conditions available on Tanda's website at: https://www.tanda.com.au/browse-legal
18. Tanda can choose to terminate the Award Bounty Program at any time by providing notice on this page.
19. Payments made under the Award Bounty Program will be made to the Tanda Customer.
