Conditions
- Tanda’s award bounty program is currently applicable to the Hospitality Industry General Award and General Retail Industry Award.
- The purpose of the award bounty program is to identify payroll impacting inconsistencies in award interpretation. Incorrect award calculation must occur in the calculation of the gross wage on a Tanda timesheet. External payroll systems and costs represented in areas of Tanda other than timesheets are not included.
- If a reported incorrect award interpretation results in multiple miscalculations in different scenarios, you will receive a single payment for identifying the incorrect interpretation rather than additional payments for each example scenario
- In situations where the Award is ambiguous or unclear, Tanda has the exclusive right to interpret the Award. Tanda encourages you to submit any supporting evidence of your interpretation
- If Tanda has previously published the Award condition as out of scope, you will not be eligible for a payment Tanda maintains a list of award capabilities and limitations available in our help documentation. Some parts of the Award Interpretation require human intervention for calculation. Payments are only made when a calculation is inconsistent with the terms of the modern award, and not where human intervention is required as an expected part of the award calculation.
- Tanda has the exclusive right to determine the rounding method on the timesheet. Trivial rounding calculations are not eligible for payment.
- Incorrect award calculations caused by data input are not included, including any incorrect award calculation that is solved by recalculating a timesheet.
- Tanda maintains the sole discretion in determining whether a bounty is payable.
- Tanda has the right to vary or terminate the Award Bounty Program at any time.
