When you're spending close to 20% of your total revenue on labour, rostering can't be a blind spot. Without real-time visibility, the Broncos Leagues team struggled to match staffing to demand and control labour costs.

Pairing Tanda with their POS system unlocked insights down to the hour, and meant they could set realistic targets and adjust as required.
